One of Sri Lanka’s most renowned automobile after care service providers – Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd opened its newest branch at Maligawa Road, Ratmalana. The inaugural business transaction took place at the opening ceremony with the presence of its Senior Management and team members successfully.
The sixth branch was established in Ratmalana addressing the growing demand among customers for a Sterling Aftercare Centre to be established to serve the discerning clientele in and around Piliyandala, Ratmalana, Moratuwa, Panadura and Dehiwala areas. As a company that always places the customer at its heart, this initiative was launched to answer the many requests from customers in these areas for an automobile repair and service facility that provides the total spectrum of services.
The new Sterling Aftercare Centre at Ratmalana has been constructed with a unique design that is in accordance with the theme of environmental sustainability. It envisions to offer an experience that goes far beyond that of a mere vehicle service centre. This branch has the capacity of providing automobile repair and maintenance services to the growing vehicle population around the Ratmalana area. Sterling Automobiles also plans to open a state-of-the-art accident repair facility in the same premises – which is slated to be opened in 2021.
In keeping with the vision and the practice of Sterling Automobiles, this centre too is equipped with the latest technology, OEM tools and equipment to ensure that the company’s service exceeds customers’ expectations. The Ratmalana branch also consists of a team of experts who are well conversant with the technical know-how to tackle any service or repair – be it high-tech, electric or hybrid vehicles. Sterling Aftercare Centre, Ratmalana will also provide services for European vehicles with the objective of extending their service portfolio. This will provide an opportunity for European vehicle owners to obtain a service that is on par with the Sterling standard.
One of Sterling’s oldest customers Mr. W. A. K. De Silva was also invited to grace this occasion as a token of gratitude on the part of Sterling Automobiles. Marking yet another milestone his Toyota Axio Hybrid Car reached its 50th Full Service mark on the same day. Mr. De Silva has been patronizing Sterling for more than five years and this achievement speaks volumes of the brand loyalty that is associated with Sterling Aftercare Centre – as a trusted and reliable automobile service provider.
